Intro to Meditation


Meditation is not just sitting in silence. Today there are multiple different ways to meditate and it is not “hard” we each just need to find the right one for us.

Have you heard all the great benefits of meditation but don’t know where to begin?

This private session will introduce you to the who, what, when, why and how of meditation. We will discuss the different types of meditation and your own personal needs as well as blocks (I don’t have enough time, I can’t quiet my mind… )

And of course, we will try several different types of meditation.

Unlike the group sessions, you will be able to stop and ask questions and talk about your experience.
