Flo has been teaching since 2009 and is a certified vinyasa and prenatal postnatal Yoga teacher.
She loves more than anything to share her passion for yoga and make everybody in the class feel comfortable.
Expect to breathe, move, sweat, strengthen, stretch, breathe more and relax.
If you are new to yoga or a more experienced practionner, Flo always gives options for everybody.
