The Hatha Yoga class we offer you will not necessarily incorporate vinyasa flows and the sweaty demands of other Yoga practices, but then again, it might! The beauty of Hatha Yoga is that no two classes will ever be the same.
This practice is as much physical as it is mental. Expect meditation, breathing exercises, a tiny bit of Yoga history and of course asanas.
Due to its ever changing nature, we cannot give you an exact definition of how each Hatha class will be. But one thing is for sure; Hatha Yoga will give you improved posture, increased confidence and a sense of ease.
