Hatha Yoga helps improve strength, flexibility and balance, as well as improving mood, sleep and confidence.
Session with Rebecca, a certified yoga teacher trained in India by Dr. Gaurav Malik. Rebecca is also a Neuro Occupational Therapist, her style of teaching is positive and supportive and is open to all levels. Options are given throughout the class to provide the right amount of challenge for your individual need. The Yoga class involve breathing exercises, meditation and physical postures, for a complete mind, body, soul rejuvenation. This class will leave you with a renewed sense of wellbeing!
Finally an Afternoon Tea & Healthy Snacking with Q & A
Session with Annamaria, a trained Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and co-author of GOÛTer, a healthier twist on snack time, will be with us to answer any question on healthy food choices, alternative ingredients for simple cooking and easy techniques to make it happen in your kitchen! (and book signing if you wish 😉 )
Special focus on snack foods And yes there will be treats to sample!
