It can be hard enough to know what change we want to see in our lives but making it happen can be even harder. Let’s talk to wellness professionals and find out how they have made the choice to make wellness and life changes a priority in their lives.
Lets share our experiences, lets take a look at where our priorities lie… where do we spend our time? Our money? And above all where do we spend most of our mental energy… thinking about problems and to do lists ?
